GTA home prices since pre-pandemic

This is a map view of Detached home price changes in parts of Southern Ontario from Pre-Pandemic times (November 2019) to now. You can see a massive increase in suburban cities especially out east from Pickering to Clarington/Bowmanville. This shows prices are still well above the pre-pandemic levels.
Also included a map of price changes from peak February 2022 to now. It's interesting to see just how wild things became in Feb 2022.
